Do you ship express?

I’m planning to buy a few to stock up on gifts. Do you do bulk discounts?
Sometimes we do. Email us with what/how many and we’ll give you a price. Never hurts to ask right?

My brooch arrived broken, what do I do?
Oh No! Sorry! We try to pack our brooches as best as possible to avoid such problems. Send us an email and we’ll sort it out for you.

Shipping:

We ship roughly two times a week. After each post office trip, we will email you telling you your item is in the post. We ship regular post unless you request express shipping :)

How long will it take?
From the day we ship: Australia: 2-3 days. International: 2-3 weeks (roughly)

Do you take anything other than paypal?
For international orders we only accept paypal. You can pay with your credit card through paypal without needing a paypal account. It’s easy, don’t stress!

For Australian orders, we can do bank deposit. Please note that I don’t ship until your funds have cleared.
